After trolling the internet for a while (read: I searched Wikipedia) here are some of my favorite Katakana phrases I've found:
ヴァージンロード (vājinrōdo) - (The aisle in a wedding ceremony)
ウーパールーパー (ūpārūpā): An axolotl. My favorite amphibian.
Also, how fun is that to say? Uupaaruupaa
Little known fact: the mudkip (pokemon) was actually based on these.

Or, if you're interested in a challenge, try the Spanish (original) version:

While I'm on the subject:
ポケモン (Pokemon)
And finally, an English loan word that actually describes its subject better than the original English word:
プラスドライバー (purasudoraibaa) - Phillips head screw driver
